We are a small family-owned distillery crafting locally grown beet sugar spirits. The distillery was founded in 2023 when the sugar beet factory in Sidney closed, leaving Dave with all the equipment and knowledge but nowhere to take the beets.

Dave grew up in a family of farmers and ranchers in Eastern Montana. He loves managing his own farm and seeing the fruits (or vegetables and grains) of his labor. His wife Becky also grew up on a family farm and together the two have shared a love for breweries and craftsmanship. They love traveling and on a trip to Hawaii they discovered the Koloa Rum Company, a former sugar cane plantation turned distillery. There, the concept of Wholly Spirits was born, but it wasn't until the the opportunity presented itself in 2023 that it came to life.

 

Since then, we have created 3 rums - White, Spiced, and Coconut. We are currently working with distributors to get our products on the shelves of your favorite liquor stores and in local bars. Stay tuned for event information and updates.
