Grand Opening & Our Products

We cannot bottle our excitement any longer! We are pleased to announce our grand opening is this Saturday, March 18th and we are so excited to share our products and establishment with you! We will be opening at 12 pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Chamber of Commerce. The day will be filled with rum tastings, distillery tours, yard games, and more! Our store will be open, and for sale will be our three specialty rums - White, Spiced, and Coconut. We can’t wait for you to try them!

Our white rum is a classic, made from high quality beet sugar. It has a clean, sweet, and light profile that pairs well with almost any mixer. It can also be used in mojitos, daiquiris, punches, or any other rum cocktails. It is a must-have for any home bar or party!

A little something to keep ya warm, our spiced rum is a balance of sugar, spice, and everything nice. Pairs well with cola, lemon lime soda, ginger ale, and other mixers.

A Caribbean classic, this rum will have you thinking you're at the beach, sipping something sweet under a palm tree. A great fruity, tropical rum to warm up those taste buds. A tasty addition to any drink but also sweet enough to drink straight.

We hope to see you Saturday from 12 pm - 6 pm at Wholly Spirits distillery! We are located at 1500 Lincoln Ave NW in Sidney. Our facility is conveniently located on a few acres of our farm so although nothing has been planted yet for this season, customers are able to see just how local the sugar for our rum really is. We will also be giving tours of the distillery throughout the day, showing our equipment and processes used to make our rum.
