As you may know, our Grand Opening was last Saturday. We had a fun-filled day with over 200 people in attendance! We had our ribbon cutting ceremony to mark our official opening and admission into the chamber of commerce. After that, it was time to celebrate! We had bocce ball and cornhole (or bags if you like to be wrong) and tours for guests of all ages as well as rum tastings for those over 21. Samples were given during the tours as an immersive experience. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as nice as we had hoped for, so visits to the beet fields had to wait. Nonetheless, we loved showing off our distilling process with our whole ingredients and we hope you enjoyed it too! This project has been a long time coming and we are so grateful we finally got to share!

As far as the future goes, we will be open 10 am - 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. Tours will be offered at all times, so if you missed one on Saturday, don’t hesitate to stop by and we will be glad to show ya around! Once the weather is warm enough and the ground isn’t muddy, tours will also include a look at the planted rows of beets right behind the distillery. The colder weather means we are slightly behind on planting, but not to worry, we have plenty of rum already bottled or aging in our barrels. For now, they are available at the distillery store and as a reminder, we have white, spiced, and coconut rums. We are hoping to partner with distributors to get our products on the shelves of your favorite liquor stores and maybe even several bars. Event collaborations and a few other surprises are also in the works so stay tuned!

I definitely call it bags, but will consider calling it corn hole!
